So be visible. Talk to people about your role. Welcome other women into your space. Make room for them all.
I have been praised for handling it well. I embodied my personal brand and it surprised everyone.
Maybe my real job is to testify that work doesn’t define you.

To be successful, you have to learn how to pull others in, ask them. Thank them. Grow from them. Exhaust it. Use it all and come back for more.
Seemingly strangers – mostly because I don’t know all their names – we were friends, collaborators, teammates yesterday as we all worked hard to project not just the fun, not just the tactical elements but also the pure spirit of the summer RW24 ride.
This year, I’ll be resolute in recognizing my skills and putting them to use and I’ll continue to do what I’ve been doing.
