Seemingly strangers – mostly because I don’t know all their names – we were friends, collaborators, teammates yesterday as we all worked hard to project not just the fun, not just the tactical elements but also the pure spirit of the summer RW24 ride.
This year, I’ll be resolute in recognizing my skills and putting them to use and I’ll continue to do what I’ve been doing.
An attitude that embraces the relaxed nature of the holidays, that recognizes for some people it’s their only vacation time all year, and that stores, streets, neighbors are all ready to smile, say hello, or offer joy is the right one.
